STL supplies to a global customer base spanning four continents – including the EV, electro technic, smart metering, electrical engineering, rail, subsea, automotive and aerospace sectors amongst others. In short almost any precision electrical device can have STL products within it.
From our manufacture of strip products, welded contacts, headed parts and precision stamped components, to the sophisticated bonding of bi-metals such as AlCu – bonded Aluminium and Copper strip for use within the development of battery busbar technology, and SilCu – bonded Silver and Copper strip & foil, for use with electro technic and circuit protection markets.
For over 125 years, STL has been a pioneer of precious metal contact excellence, complimenting the bonding of base and precious metals with in-house precision stamping, the manufacture of electrical contact rivets and welded contact assemblies. All is supported by our design and manufacture of very high precision press tooling.
