Founded in 1899, for over 125 years Samuel Taylor Ltd (STL) has been a pioneer of precious metal contact excellence, complimenting the bonding of base and precious metals with in-house precision stamping, the manufacture of electrical contact rivets, strip products, welded contacts, headed parts and welded contact assemblies

We specialise in the sophisticated bonding of bi-metals such as AlCu bonded Aluminium and Copper strip for use within the development of battery busbar technology, and SilCu bonded Silver and Copper strip & foil, for use within electro technic and circuit protection markets.

STL supplies to a global customer base spanning four continents – including the EV, electro technic, smart metering, electrical engineering, rail, subsea, automotive and aerospace sectors amongst others.
